No release date mentioned yet, but... I. Can't. Freakin'. Wait.

Absolutely amazing that there will be new music from this collective after all this time.

I was hoping for that since I bought the "After the End" compilation.

Always thought that the title was hinting on something like that.

My favorite of theirs thus far, but I don't have 'Mirror.' I did order the aforementioned compilation which has it on it though. (Not here yet.)

Either Ken Golden or Michael Piper turned me on to these guys way back when. They've been silent for so long now, I assumed no more would be coming.

Now, if only Mr. Doctor would put the crew back together...

The Gift Of Tears is their 1987 debut LP on Probe records. La Liturgie Pour La Fin Du Temps is a song cycle that came as bonus to the 1993 Probe CD reissue of this album.

Apparently, it has a title now. From a Facebook post about a month ago:

"The new RAIJ album, Beauty Will Save the World, will be released on Occultation Recordings in the early summer and will be available on vinyl, CD and download."

I worked with a guy a long time ago who used to say "sweet baby Jesus" among other things. Whenever I see this band's name mentioned it always reminds me of that guy.
