    By "stealing" I'm pretty sure he means illegally downloaded IQ's stuff using BitTorrent and other services. Re: Martin Orford, here's a bit from his Wikipedia article:

    Orford announced that his retirement from the music industry at the end of 2008, citing disillusionment with internet piracy and the 'free music' culture as the principal reason (source Orford 16 October 2008). However, he continues to perform live occasionally, most recently at MelloFest 2009[3] where he performed tracks from The Old Road as well as some IQ numbers.

    Since the members of IQ were never full-time musicians, the loss of record sales definitely hurt them more than the Katy Perry's of this world.

    What about Rolling Stones Records? That was first distributed first through Atlantic Records and run by Marshall Chess, I believe.
