I'm glad I waited for the big one! There were several "major" releases I hadn't yet pulled the trigger on, so I just went ahead and treated myself to:

    Close To The Edge (CD/Blu-ray)
    Drive Home (Blu-ray/CD)
    The Theory Of Everything (2CD/DVD)
    The Snow Goose (2013)

And I paid with a Paypal balance, so it was a pretty painless purchase.

One weird thing, Ken. During checkout, it gave me two shipping choices:

    Priority Mail: $6.00
    Priority Mail: $7.00

Not sure if one of these was supposed to say something different, but I chose the $6 Priority Mail.

Love ordering from Lasers Edge. If I place my order in the morning I get the shipment the next day. Living 15 minutes north of Ken probably helps with that!

That's good, because my son and I have already been discussing ways to mess with Amazon's drones.

Oh, and I did get stampeded slightly, by a little person wearing slippers sipping a latte and shouting profanities in Korean.

One of the things I thought of with those Amazon drones is what if one lands on the grill while I'm barbecuing? I don't know how they expect to determine a proper landing spot. I really hope they go ahead with it because I know it will be entertaining. I want to turn the garden hose on a drone.

There used to be a third option where postage is free but a random person somewhere gets a powerful electric shock.

Took advantage of this sale, (which offset the cost of the increased USPS international shipping rates) and picked up the excellent Caillou disc (one of the best of the year IMO) as well as the new live Discipline double set. Package arrived today (24th)! Just in time for Christmas, you gotta love that.
