hi Deb! I missed the show - found out a few weeks ago that our business unit here in lovely Bainbridge Island, WA (i work for 3M)
is being closed at the end of the year (Dec 31st) after nearly 12 years. i've been here all that time and now have to start "dating again",
as i like to put it. uggggh. looking for a new job at my age is never a fun proposition but it is what it is! moving on... the worst thing is
i've been missing all the great radio shows. so thanks for the links!

and thanks, as ever, for including our music in your show. i know i'm delinquent in getting more CDs to you... soon, oh soon the light.

peace outlets and happy holidays to you both,

    Kim

Hi Kim, sorry to hear that...I had a similar situation when the company I worked for 20+ years decided to close. Good luck, I'm sure you'll find a job, at least the job market is improving. I've been very busy lately in general and some of my shows I've been taking pre-recorded segments from past shows to save a little time and then change out a tune or two and update the dialogue if needed (not the entire show usually!). I tend to like to use CDs rather than mp3's sent to me, but if you want to send me a couple of mp3's of a couple of tracks I'd be happy to use them.
