I'm sure Harrison can fit more than one project into a year. Levin, for example, is doing King Crimson and Crimson ProjeKct in 2014, and I'm sure a million sessions, possibly more work with Peter Gabriel, etc. etc.

(Although I agree PT are unlikely to re-appear this year.)

Based on Steve's recent interview on gagliarchives I wouldn't expect anything from PT at anytime in the future. He effectively said that PT is over, he's moved on.

Hopefully a live album from the Fripp/Jakszyk version of KC.
Is there really a F/J KC album in the works?

Fripp has said they're only touring and won't be recording a studio album. A live album, however, seems a plausible guess: probably wouldn't be until 2015.

I'll have to be REALLY obvious here and say the 3 album tour by Yes in the spring and the Genesis tour by Hackett in the autumn - just hope that neither are burned out by then !! Also seeing Marillion, Al Stewart AND Fairport on the Saturday at Cropedy.

Thanks Greg! Just might be but late year releases get kind of lost in the holiday rush so I'm thinking early 2015 which will still be sooner than the wait for the last album and will give us time to get our ducks in a row. I can tell you 2 things. It will be a 100% thematic album and will be longer than the last two albums were.

After Glass Hammer's announcement yesterday I am really looking forward to their next release, "Ode to Echo," with an whole array of great guest artists. Add to that list Yes and Ian Anderson, Pallas and whatever Steve Wilson does!

Just curious since these bands were mentioned in this thread, is it just rumor (or wishful thinking), or are the following groups LIKELY to release albums this year?

    Pallas
    District 97
    Frogg Cafe
    IZZ
    Tool

    Edit*
OK, I see Pallas is official, though no release date.
