Michael's an awesome player and a great guy to boot. He does tech work at the University of Alabama, where I go to school, now (his daughter attends; we're pretty close friends, for those wondering why he'd choose to work at Alabama of all places). He and John did a concert a few years ago and you'll be happy to hear that he didn't bring out the keytar because he needed his MIDI cable for the video screens.
