I can only think of the 44 min version on the live recordings DVD/CD set from 2003, and there was a 47 min version on the official bootleg from 2002. I'm assuming you already know about these two?
Yeah, it's a shame that the live version on Meet The Flower Kings is missing fifteen minutes worth of material from the studio version, as that's my favourite TFK overall. But then, others prefer the shorter version as they feel it's a bit tighter. Great live album overall though, nothin' but epics!

The official bootleg was recorded if I remember correctly as a matrix board audience...it was a great show..and a great version of garden if dreams which was only played once before during the April 2002 US tour...unfortunately I think it would be very difficult undertaking to make the studio live version of Garden of Dreams .yeah it could be done..

The official bootleg has great sound quality. They played a good amount of Garden of Dreams, not sure I would ever want to hear the 59-minute version as some of the sections are just orchestral interludes and some guy doing operatic skat-singing.
You say Mega Ultra Deluxe Special Limited Edition Extended Autographed 5-LP, 3-CD, 4-DVD, 2-BlueRay, 4-Cassette, five 8-Track, MP4 Download plus Demos, Outtakes, Booklet, T-Shirt and Guitar Pick Gold-Leafed Box Set Version like it's a bad thing...
Glad I could help!

Actually, the live version of "Garden Of Dreams" is missing 20 minutes of material from the studio version. However, the live version does add several minutes of new material. I especially like the new vocal harmony section added to the opening movement "Dawn" plus the extra instrumental stuff tagged onto the end of "Mr. Hope Goes To Wall Street."
Roine's shop now has some last remaining copies of the 2002 NYC show released on CD as an official bootleg. It's a good show, I was there! He's trying to sell it despite the eBayers, so I guess his price is slightly lower than they typically charge for used copies.
