And what the hell he thinks his CD is? VPA 8162 is the catalogue no. of the original Vedette LP.
And even that would hardly command that price.

I picked this up a few years ago and always assumed it probably came out before the VM.

Never got around to comparing it to the VM but will try to get to it as this thread has reminded me to do just that.

True, but really now, no album is worth 900 bucks. Finding a buyer still doesn't justify this. I'm all for making a buck, but this is going too far.

You see a lot of this stuff on eBay - someone offering something at an outrageous price, in the hope that some rich idiot will come along, see it, and not look around first to see if it's available at a lower cost.

If I won the Power Ball lottery, I still don't think I could justify spending 900 bucks on a cd. Heck, with that kind of lottery money, I'd hire the band to do a private concert performance, at least i'd get my money's worth.
