^ That Morse Code gig should be great, Greg! I looked to see if it was part of a festival, but it doesn't appear to be.
It seems there are two Supertramp tributes: one from Quebec (Crime) and one from Ontario called "Dreamer" that will play in Halifax on September 23. I've never seen either tribute band so I can't compare but I'll check them out next month, Roger Hodgson was my last concert of 2019 when he played the same Casino venue here in Halifax.

I blame Wynton, what was the question?
There are only 10 types of people in the World, those who understand binary and those that don't.
I'm trying to decide if I want to go to Nostalgia Festival, a 5-day festival of tribute bands featuring tributes to the Beatles, Rolling Stones, Aerosmith, Guns & Roses, Sade, George Michael, Earth, Wind & Fire, Bob Marley, Tina Turner, Peter Gabriel, Phil Collins & Genesis, Ozzy Osbourne & Black Sabbath, Metallica, Kiss, and AC-DC. Single-day tickets are pricey but festival passes are reasonable.

It will be my 2nd time seeing Heilung. I expect it to be as transcendent as the first. Koslen, Dobeck & Pecchio are Michael Stanley Band and/or Breathless veterans. I'm expecting a killer show.
I'll be seeing the Boston Symphony Orchestra perform Mahler Symphony 6 on Friday. That will rock.
As a birthday present to me, two shows this weekend:
Tonight Pink Talking Phish and tomorrow that Rundgren/Belew/Scrotes(!) tribute to Bowie. Both are at the nearby Tarrytown Music Hall, so easy to drive to and reasonably-ish priced.

Next for me is Ozric Tentacles and Gong in London. Frost a couple of weeks later.
Nothing currently until Big Ears next year, Zoe Keating was a real treat last week. I'm sure something will come up that piques my interest.

Concert season slows way down in the winter around here, in fact I do not have anything lined up for the rest of this year which is unusual for me. Next year I have so far:
Jan 13: Entransient
Jan 27: Umphrey’s McGee
Feb 24: Joe Bonamassa
May 19: Foreigner
Keeping an eye out for ROSfest if it happens and ProgDay too.
This looks like an odd collaboration coming up next month in Ottawa:

Minor Empire is a Turkish folk band from Toronto.
Some interesting concerts near me:
January 14: Supersister with orchestra Paard The Hague (Supersister featuring Robert Jan Stips, Rinus Gerritsen and Leon Klaasse
March 10: Pink Project playing Wish you were here and Animals Paard The Hague.
Terra Incognita Festival - Quebec City (May 19-21) Anekdoten doing Vemod and Nucleus on the first night and a mix the next night. I have to check to see which other bands.
