New KBB - "Age of Pain"

Is anyone here really excited by the new KBB album? Will definitely get it in my next Laser Edge order, even though we will have to pay the premium of a Japanese release. Looks like this will not be released by Musea Records.

    Excellent news!

One of the best bands of the new millennium!
Why is it whenever someone mentions an artist that was clearly progressive (yet not the Symph weenie definition of Prog) do certain people feel compelled to snort "thats not Prog" like a whiny 5th grader?

holy shit this one completely smokes.

one caveat: it is recorded/mastered hot. had to turn the volume down to half my usual levels to get it comfortable. It sounds fine at lower volumes. It does not rip well.

Just received this today. Absolutely superb. Great playing by all concerened. As regards the sound, I think its very good. Crystal clear, with lots of detail and i cannot discern it to be overly compressed. Nice gatefold package too. All round a must!

I only have "Lost and Found", which I found used in Montreal last Spring, and I love it...so I would love to get this but gone are the days of my paying over 25 bucks for a single disc (twins in college and all that...)

Is there a place we can purchase this album at a NORMAL price?

this is such a great album. I was glad to have paid the unfortunately high Japanese import price, instead of having bought two "ok" albums at normal price.

Worth the price. Great album and very nice glossy, gatefold vinyl replica sleeve, which the Japanese do so well.

Not sure you want to wait. Normally, previous albums were released by Musea. I inquired about this one and I was told that this will not be released by Musea, so unless someone other label will pick up the license I'm afraid that the Japanese pressing will be the only one. Like everyone else say, it's worth every penny.
