Childhood Found! Oct 26th in Allentown

    Childhood found!!!
Pinnacle is hitting the stage again, and this time with a special twist. We're going to play Marillion's 1985 concept album, Misplaced Childhood, in its entirety as part of a concert on Saturday, October 26th, 2013. The show will be held at Rascal's Food and Fun in Allentown, PA. Admission is free, and the show starts at 9:00 p.m. in Rascal's Hideaway Lounge. This special show will feature not only Misplaced Childhood, but a set of original Pinnacle music with selections from all three of our albums: A Man's Reach, Meld, and A Blueprint for Chaos.

That was really cool. Really enjoyed that.

Allentown isn't that far away, I might have to check that out.

There is also a possibility that we'll be doing a BRAND NEW PINNACLE SONG at the show...maybe. Let you know after Tuesday.
...I should probably run this idea past the rest of the band first, I guess.

Thanks Rob, you've done a LOT this year to show your support for Pinnacle already and we appreciate it!

Here's an article by Spacial Anomaly on Pinnacle doing Marillion's Misplaced Childhood. http://www.spacial-anomaly.com/this-...dhood-concert/

That's right - in the article, our guitarist Karl Eisenhart describes reaching out to Steve Rothery about how to play a certain guitar part - and he answers!

Thanks Kerry! We DID actually have a great gig, a crowd of about 50 or more came, the response was surprisingly loud and appreciative. It was great! We are looking for the next place to do it again.

Glad to hear it went well, Greg. I really wanted to come, but with two back-to-back weekends away from the family (and $$ spent on gas, hotel, meals, etc.), a third consecutive weekend would not fly. I'm hoping to catch the next one.

Thanks, and no worries, Brian; maybe the next one will be closer to you guys. And maybe we'll put out a feeler or two for "special guests" to join us on a song or two. But I'm getting ahead of myself... (Sshhh...)

But yes, it was a really great night for us and SO much fun.
