Seems D97 is booking more gigs, that's a good sign. Just hope they get some nice crowds. I'll be seeing them at the NJ Proghouse festival thing in October.
So will this show be streamed live then?
Iridium is a jazz room, with jazz ceilings, and is not very big. Seeing D97 there will be quite the aural experience (earplugs required for this gig imo, and I usually don't use them). I'm actually thinking about it since I grew up in NYC and have friends to stay with if I go.
Oh yeah, I've actually sung at Iridium with the Barry ? Quartet at their weekly jazz Sunday brunch. Did that prog classic "I Left My Heart In SF".

I've seen Bruford and Holdsworth there many times. Love the room and typically if you go to the early show they let you stay for the second set; just pay the table minimum. I'll be there for sure.

I got tix for both Wetton with the Les Paul Trio, and the District 97 show. Should be a good time!

We just posted some of the dates (not all yet, waiting for the venues to announce) at http://www.district97.net/shows. There are 8 booked in total at the moment, but we are looking to add 1-2 more. Please let us know if you're coming, and to which shows! Also, if anyone has ideas for venues in the Northeast to play on 10/10 and 10/12, we're all ears. Heck, maybe we'd even play at your house!
The Regent Theater in Arlington, MA is only 50 minutes from my house in RI. I think I will be there on Oct. 15.
