Not really. I don't think they're similar enough to meet the criteria for the thread title, but we all see things differently and that's OK.
Yes, that's certainly ok. I was looking at the two pictures now and even the shadows of the two figures are similar. But I'm not suggesting it's anything more than coincidence. When I looked at the Cheer Accident cover in my Bandcamp collection it just struck me.
