I saw a headline on Facebook that read something to the effect of "Todd takes a fan's cell phone, and does something cool with it". Apparently, a fan was trying to record a QR show with his cell phone, and Todd took the phone to get some good footage for the guy.

Yeah, evidently he took the phone and got close-ups of each band member for the guy. And this happened rather concurrently with the Tate incident, so it wasn't a reaction to it, just two completely different personalities.
