So back to the 2016 version of the band we go! Will be cool to see what additional material they add for this go-round.

Also full details for heaven and earth are out:

Exactly! And Pat and Gavin can handle the drums while the third drummer (who's name I forgot) can play mellotron...just like Bill did originally

Also with two guitars, Robert can play mellotron parts. Because let's face it in new standard tuning he's not really playing the guitar parts that were originally made anyway

Full details might be a bit generous, given five CDs are apparently compilations from multiple shows.

Interesting choices in there. Aside from the above, my two main questions are will this be the full concert from 2003 Tokyo or just a rerelease of EleKctric. And that P4 show seems to be slightly too long for one CD based on the times given on the dgm website, I wonder if there is extraneous applause and the like that won't make the transition...

Good to see more details come out of course though.
Please don't ask questions, just use google.

2 Happy With What You Have To Be Happy With/
Level 5 2019 remaster mini albums on one CD 2019 masters,
    Part new to CD
I wonder if they changed the inexplicably mono sections of L5 to stereo?

"The Power To Believe 2019 extended master 2002 master with audio elements added to two tracks + three extra tracks"

Hmmm... I wonder what are the 3 extra tracks and which 2 tracks are extended. Shame they won't sell this CD separately. Don't want to pay for the entire box set.

    Whereas I do ... but can't.

Wouldn't that be part of the Power to Believe stand alone release? These get so confusing.

I'm not aware that there was a standalone release of The Power To Believe with the extra and extended tracks. I thought this is being offered for the first time with this new box set. Is that correct?

Good to know! I'm in for sure - Love Power To Believe. I saw the tour in Montreal and it was definitely one of the best performances I've seen for the band. There was a sense of urgency that you don't hear in the 8 man line up (which is still superb).

Tony Levin has posted photos on his website of rehearsals that occurred earlier this month for the upcoming 50th tour. No mention of the line up change.

It's a shame he doesn't update his site like he used to......

He did note in his blog that the drummers have a new drum piece, so that’s our sole note of new music....as usual imagine they’re keeping a tight lid on what tunes they’re adding until the tour kicks off

The set list from the friends and family show has been posted.

I know some of you don’t like spoilers, so I’ll refrain. But a few new additions to the show look promising.

Tonight’s the first public show so we certainly shall see what’s different v what they played at friends and family.

Not a spoiler, but looking at pics it looks like Jeremy added another keyboard and that both tony and jakko have keys in their rigs, so guess they’re not dropping tunes due to being a man down, but rather re-distributing parts! We certainly shall see!
