    Is Kerman here?

Haven't talked (heard) from The Kerminator in a while?

    Where is he/you?

What's the best albums of the past 5 years?

Still a extreme metal fanatic until the end?

What is he/you up to musically?

    Hope you're well man.

Glad to hear it man. I like the diversity of this list, it's getting copied and investigated. I need to check out that Decapitated. Nice name, BTW, didn't know you were a Joe's Garage Fan....although how could any drummer not be? Stay well man.

I blame Wynton, what was the question?

Ha - here's a thread that didn't get very far, but I'll be damned if we can't take this thing even further than the 26,000 views on "Does Steve Howe douche with Masangil or just flowers from his own backyard English Garden"?

NOW PLAYING - yes - right as I type these letters:

Albert Marcoeur s/t. This may be the hippest shit ever written to be perfectly honest.

Yeah I remembered he was raving about that Top from a few years back. Still never heard that beast, but it would have to be better than Marceour right now - tall order.

Also - true story - I spun 5uu's "Crisis in Clay" today for my commute- I bought this last summer from the ReR summer sale, which gave my credit card a pretty brutal sodomizing.

Anyway all I can say is What The Fuck!? The complexity of that thing is just ridiculous. I mean ridiculous. I am trying to figure out how Drake can learn that stuff without sheet music? Blows my mind. There are some SICK ass grooves too - Drake's bass is like Squire's on Flintstones and Bath Salts. Kerman, seriously, you are exceptionally stellar on this stuff. Always, but this one gets pretty out there rhythmically and you bite its nuts off. I guess you must have impressed your 5th grade band teacher.

This sounds like total ass at 240p, but this is the tune that started it all! This guy is a genius with texture, and implements these field recordings/sound effects/percussion/etc. like a cosmic sprinkling into this music like a masterful orchestrator. SO oddball too, but just gorgeous. Did this guy tour a lot in the 70's? Does he have a pro live album?

Hey Kerman! Havent seen you since that Progday gig (Thinking Plague) that got rained out, and we moved inside.

I got a couple things you should check out. Do you like any of Zorn's stuff? Check out 2 of his "Moonchild" discs: "Six Litanies for Heliogabolus", and "Templars: In Sacred Blood". Some frighteningly beautiful hilarious insanity going on there

I have always been puzzled by that 5uu's "Crisis in Clay" isnt more famous, at least among musicians.
