Kundalini Shakti Devi: Unknown 70s italian prog

Seems to be an unknown, never released italian prog album recorded in 1974! Long tracks as well. Just released by AMS.

Anybody heard this? Opinions?

I do have a cd by a band called Kundalini, but I don't think it is the same band.

These were swedish and released by Mellow.

Not what I expected. Sounds to me like a demo LP, seriously under-produced and with a slightly above average sound quality. Does not do the music any justice. The style is mellow progressive -not of the complex type- with a strong rock base.

For completists of the italian scene.

Ah well - I pulled the trigger already. Ken was pretty forthcoming about the quality of the sound, but I took a chance and had him toss it in with the other Italian goodies. I'll keep my hopes up anyway.

I'm afraid your judgment on this release is correct. Will skip this one.
