A little survey for the musicians on Progressive Ears

Hello. I am working on a survey for an Statistics course I am taking.
Can the musicians here help me with answering this little survey?

    Thanks in advance.

I would be interested in some clarification on the question about reading music... while I can still read my skills are pretty slow after 30 years of disuse. When I play in church I occasionally have to read notation but more often it's chord charts. Are you counting that as reading?

This is the kind of survey people like to complete - concise, clear, and valid.
What can this strange device be? When I touch it, it brings forth a sound (2112)
