Rejoice it doesn't suck, it's really good though.

There are some interesting musical quotes in SEI's last track. I leave it as a quiz for you.

    The album is very good.

Just streamed it once (coudn't wait for the CD to arrive). If your into 70s Prog you will feel at home at once,
do not remember any intentional quotes though.

Some Banco (Conquista) inspired part in the middle (of that third track) and of Course some Genesis/KC informed
    Mellotron lengthy outro.

There is a very beautiful My Favourite Things quote - the Coltrane version - and some Kansas- Journey to Mariabronne played on the distorted organ, and possible others. This is a fantastic reuse of the themes.

I like that Nodo Gordiano track, but could do without what sounds like some backwards vocals.

Yes rather strange, the Lady singing is from Siberia so maybe some weird Russian dialect

Although I love my RPI like any other here, I never quite got past the vocals.
If you want, you can listen to MDC here:

"Very, very nice," said a man in the crowd,
    When the golden voice appeared.
She was gold alright, but then so is rust.
"Such a shame about the beard."

It is. That and the new LogoS are both on my top 10 of the year list so far.

I liked both of those... gonna investigate further
Why is it whenever someone mentions an artist that was clearly progressive (yet not the Symph weenie definition of Prog) do certain people feel compelled to snort "thats not Prog" like a whiny 5th grader?

If prog metal can bring you joy, you'll certainly like this comeback album by one of the best prog metal bands from Italy - Dammercide: https://dammercide.bandcamp.com/album/the-seed
