I could find no mention of Episcopio Vistarama on this thread (or any other thread, for that matter):

I would have been very surprised if you had found one! All I knew about Episcopio Vistarama was that they where (are) a second rate
    Gentle Giant/Genesis cover band.

I have seen this video before , liked the Music but can not stand the vocals. They really should sing in Italian.

Seems like it's not on CD. Damn, I would have bought that, if it was.

Believe me there is a CD by Lizard Records, maybe that one isn't easy to find (but out there)

    Some offers by Discogs: http://www.discogs.com/sell/release/5940268?ev=rb

For all who want to check: http://www.progstreaming.com/_wb/pag... Waschmaschine

    Thanks, ordered it from Discogs.

Before that, I sent a mail to the band asking about the cd, and they offered to send it to me. Unfortunately I had already placed the order on Discogs when I got the reply from the band. Would have preferred buying directly from them. So, if someone else here want to buy it, you can contact the band via their bandcamp page.

Don't know why they don't inform about the cd on their bandcamp page. Gives the impression it's only released digitally. Bad marketing.

It looks like there will be a new Banco Studio Album soon called Orlando.

It seems like they have recorded up to 3 hours of new Material.

    Hmmm...

Tons of Albums in the making, they keep up piling... Just about all of them keep refusing to come out...

Some new one on the to be released pile:

Presence just finished to record a new Album (never thaught of that to happen given Baccinis solo efforts)
(I hope this one will be stronger than "Evil Rose" their overall weakest Album)

L 'Estate di San Martino will have a new album to celebrate their 40th anniversary. ()

There is some hope of a wave of Releases in spring....

TheH, can you find any samples or band's sites on this one?
THE BADGE - Le Relazioni Pericolose (Maracash)

The story of "The Badge" was born in the late 60s and is spread in all the years 70. This group of friends runs to the north of Italy with a music heavily inspired by New Trolls Concerto Grosso or footprints Felona and Sorona but also the best British band of the period. Angelo Isaiah, founding member and keyboardist composer, wrote most of this album that live gathered acclaim. And here we are that after playing in many bands and different situations, even without ever disband the group, the four "boys" forty years after he decided to enter the studio and record the disc. A small masterpiece vintage, with three long suites, and the classic sound of the time. Classical inspirations drawn from the masterpieces of classical music are intertwined with a sound harder, poetic moments, thanks to the inspired texts from literature, are mixed with instrumental where the intertwining of keyboards and guitars, transport us back in the times and memories. A disc definitely for fans of Prog 70 years but can do good to those who want to approach the "cultured" music in general.

    Mosaico - Vola (2014)
"Vola" is the debut of Mosaico , with a typical italian prog sound in '70 style. Close to PFM (also in the fantastic period with De Andrè) Mosaico play a music characterized by the vintage keyboards of Nicola Cambri around the poetic words and voice of Enrico Nesi.

There also should be a Roversi-Lazetti album in April

I actually scanned the net for this band last week. There are some Clips on YT, but those are mopstly Le Orme
and New Trolls covers. I didn't find anything from their album yet.

I will most likley buy it in the near future...

The Mosaico is one of my favourites this year (so far), a very nice Album.

The Roversi-Lazetti Album is long overdue, it should have been out last year...

  17. #492
the new project created by Stefano Agnini (La Coscienza di Zeno (CDZ)) and Fabio Zuffanti, which is inspired by the character Valentina (Valentina Rosselli di Guido Crepax) and thus will be called “La Curva di Lesmo” as the comic story by Guido Crepax in which Valentina first appears.
AFAIR the release was planned for May

The cover of the new Cherry Five Album "Il Pozzo dei Giganti" (looking forward to this one)

TheH, thank you. However I'd already listened to long samples at GooglePlay and ... didn't like it.
    https://play.google.com/store/music/...qbfftkiijl2bby

New Goblin's album "Four Of A Kind" has already been released digitally for Pledgers, so the general release date is not far.

La Batteria's self-titled album is at progstreaming
    As beyondrock.nl describes it:
New band that plays the kind of classic instrumental Italian soundtrack prog that made the likes of e.g. Goblin and Ennio Morricone famous. La Batteria play vintage instruments, but the result is not merely a revival; it`s a projection of the past into the present, in which additional musical elements like cosmic psychedelic, funk, a bit of Afrobeat and even some touches of hiphop in one track are integrated in a very subtle way without losing the traditional feeling of the soundtracks. Also suitable for people who love a lighter version of the music of Anima Morte.

Wasn't impressed by "The Badge" either, I expected much more from a 70s band....

Looking forward to the new Goblin...

I have the "La Batteria" (Fonderia in disguise) Album for some time now and really like it. Not over the top, but good.

The Album was actually ready for release when Tony Pagliuca (original Le Orme keyboardist) joined the band.

They entered the Studio again to rerecord some tracks with Tony, and to add some new ones from Tony.

So it might take a while longer than expected before.
