Maybe Egonon's Risveligio is close, but different.

La Torre Dell'Alchimista where working on a new album for some time lately , but I giving up any hope for that one to be ever released.
Thanks for the tip. I haven't heard Egonon before, but I'll check them out.

Neo was great, wasn't it? Such a step up from their debut, which was definitely good but not as developed.

The debut was a great album, but Neo was a giant leap forward. I can only dream of another one that close to perfection.

Also listen to Il Tempio delle Clessidre and La Fabrica dell'Asoluto's debut albums.

Wouldn't it be great if La Fabrica dell'Asoluto drop another album in 2018? Wouldn't if be great if Egonon finds a record label?

La Fabrica dell'Asoluto is busy playing live, but there is no sign of a new recording.

I'm slightly pissed about Egonon as their second album is on "coming soon" status for about 5 years now….

I was rather hoping the next Höstsonaten would be "Symphony No. 2", as I really liked the last album, and to be honest they've done the Ancient Mariner thing to death now. I love it, but I don't need to hear yet another reprise of that theme/melody. The Il Bacio della Medusa is an auto-buy.

I just listened to this album and I must say it is excellent. One of the best coming from Italy in recent years. Highly recommended for lovers of all things Italian.

Wow H! I really like this "Il Mostro Di Firenze" album. It took 21 years for Una Stagione all'Inferno to release this Mostro debut. One of my top three RPI "2018 favorites". Great find H!

Listening to this on Apple Music, and it is great! Where can I find this on CD? None of the usual vendors I go with seem to be carrying it.

Ah, BTF -- I didn't think about them, since I've never ordered from them before. But now's as good a time as any!

    Thanks for the suggestion.

Entity are back in the studio!

For quite some time there was the "rumor" that an older work would
be rereleased with a new intro.

Now it seems they fully rerecord "Il Naufragio della Speranza" from '99.

"Il Falso Centro" was a great record so I'm much looking forward to this one.
