Did no-one mention Gloryhammer?
Been listening to a song by the band ...Trouble, titled....Psychotic Reaction.
I guess it's not a cover version of the song by The Count Five.
Going to see Sons Of Apollo tomorrow night in a club. Tony Mcalphine is opening.
Just heard: Trouble......Psalm 9.
They pick up where Sabbath left off in 1975.
NP: Soundgarden....
Slaves And Bulldozers
Gulp......
Okay, ummm...so this is a hell of a thing. It's equally bonkers, "what the unholy FUCK did I just see/hear/experience," and also arguably one of the most wildly adventurous mainstream-y tunes I've heard from the scene in a while, yet also being stupidly fun.
Seeing her/them open for Gojira/Deftones later this summer. I can't lie, I'm actually pretty down for this party:
If you're actually reading this then chances are you already have my last album but if NOT and you're curious:

Also, Ephemeral Sun: it's a thing and we like making things that might be your thing: https://ephemeralsun.bandcamp.com

Ha. It's like a Japanese cartoon theme, only there's no cartoon and it's not Japanese.
Fucking brilliant. Loved it. More!!!
"And this is the chorus.....or perhaps it's a bridge...."
Anybody pick up the new Ozzy yet? The album sounds like ass but the music is actually pretty good. His best in a long time, outside of Sabbath's 13.
I heard one song from new Ozzy floating on YT. I couldn't finish it actually. I'm not really a huge fan of solo Ozzy.
NP: Dio......Institutional Man.
Riffy, thrashy, doomy, odd time sigs, etc. Kickass.
That Poppy thing makes Ghost look like a coffee house act. And now I have it in my head.
I don't like country music, but I don't mean to denigrate those who do. And for the people who like country music, denigrate means 'put down.'- Bob Newhart
Some more Poppy
