    RIP Elliot Randall- (really Hugh McCracken)

    I just saw this on facebook about a minute ago. All our heroes are leaving and it's Good Friday....Are You Reeling In The Years?

    Sad to hear. He was also a member of Seatrain for a while, and played guitar earlier on "There's A Moon Out Tonight" by the Capris as well as working in the studio for Phil the wacko & the Ronettes. RIP to a great musician.

    Really? I'm looking at his Facebook page now and I see an announcement FROM Elliot that his friend and fellow musician Hugh McCracken has passed away...I don't see anything elsewhere indicating that Elliot himself has died.

    He was also Enrico Ronzoni for a couple years in Sha Na Na.
