Yesterday I finally picked up my Blu-Ray copy of Luck And Strange, the new album by David Gilmour. Although I don't have a Dolby Atmos-system, the Blu-Ray-player transfers the music perfectly in a surround mix. The compositions have a lot of details which are heard wonderful in all speakers. Lovely bluesy music by the guitar-master I'm in the camp that admires it Gilmour doesn't sound too much like Pink Floyd on his solo-recordings.
B.t.w. if you're into Santana: the last album that wasn't available in a surround mix on SACD, Borboletta, will be released as such in Japan in November: https://www.cdjapan.co.jp/product/SICP-10155
