They're both outstanding players, but if Hill were to go down, they still have Waddle. If Tua goes down, they've got problems. They're probably a lock for the playoffs with him. Without him, it becomes much harder.

I read somewhere that the only time Joe Burrow beats the Ravens is when Lamar doesn't play. The referees paid us back for not calling a block in the back on the Bengals winning TD run in the playoffs last year. At the end of the return on the interception yesterday a Ravens player blocked a Bengal right in the back and knocked him to the ground. I can't believe they didn't call it yesterday but I understand why they didn't call it last year.

Or the AFC north is in for a world of hurt except for the Ravens, if what the 49ers did to the Steelers is any sign.

Just saw the pass interference by the Steelers that the refs chose to ignore. That cost the Browns a chance to win the game.

Pass interference and roughing the QB, are the most inconsistently called penalties in the NFL.

Perhaps shows the risk of putting too much money in to too few players. The Ravens seem to have been more concerned about depth.

That Chubb injury was pretty brutal...talking Joe Theisman leg break territory. Ouch!

I watched that game in a bar (I don't think they called them "sports bars" then) and the replay was shown multiple times. Every time the whole place groaned.

There could be some surprising 0-3 teams after this weekend.

I'd like you to as well...for now Although I do have to say that without the threat of Barkley it allowed SF to double team him all game. Not to mention DJ had no time with 2 linemen injuries. Still...they sucked balls last night.

^ Our $230 million QB looks like a shell of his former self, and our best offensive player is out for the year, and may never fully recover. Our defense could be the best in the league, but we're not allowed to have nice things, so here we are.

Can't wait! Football is already over in NY, and judging by the injury reports from several teams, they are not the only ones in serious trouble

I still try and stay positive though. When you think about it they did hang in there against one of the best for 3 quarters. And that's with half an offensive line and (not to channel my man Ed ) some pretty fuckin awful calls (that roughing the passer was terrible!). Don't get me wrong, they haven't been good even though that comeback against the Cards was pretty epic despite their suckiness. I'm just a hopeful fan. Lots of games left.

    But yeah...DROP THE PUCK!!!

Watson was out for almost two years. You can see the rust

Word has come down on the extent of Chubb's injury, and it's not as bad as originally feared. He tore the MCL, but not the ACL, or patella tendon, and no fractured bones. The ACL could have a partial tear, but inconclusive. Surgery next week, 6-8 months recovery time.

Jalen Waddle out for concussion protocol. I see this might be a trap game. Bad team (Denver) comes to Miami. We're expected to beat them (I think we will), we have a bad day and lose the game. We'll see.
