My mother attended the same drama school as Louise and was her classmate. She said that their final assignment was to write a one-act play and have another class member act it out. According to her, Louise did the honors for her play and was exceptional.
Mom never saw One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest but still understood how iconic the Nurse Ratched character was.
