I haven't had a chance to give it much attention yet, but I did receive this the other day and certainly look forward to diving in.

I am happy to assume that others are interested in hearing this (and watching this!) as well.
I want to dynamite your mind with love tonight.

Got mine a couple of days ago. I haven't had a chance to play any of it yet but that changes tonight.

It's terrific and a joy to watch/hear. Really happy to have this, thanks to Steve, Ian, Doug and everyone else who made it happen
If you're actually reading this then chances are you already have my last album but if NOT and you're curious:

Just ordered this from Amazon.co.uk, hopefully it will arrive next week sometime.

I assume this is all formerly unreleased material?

Yes and no. There has been a DVD of this concert available on Voiceprint for a while, but the DVD in the Cuneiform set is, I think, clearer and longer (I haven't seen it yet as I too am awaiting UK delivery). There has also been a full double-CD release of the Paris concert on a bootleg label called London Calling, whereas the audio CD of the Paris concert on the Cuneiform set sounds better but is not the full concert (it seems to be missing 12/8 Theme and has a truncated Esther's Nose Job/Pigling Bland). The Amsterdam concert has never been released before.

Thanks! I don't have the Voiceprint DVD and don't believe I have a bootleg or a live in Paris gig (I might have to check through my collection, as it's quite large!).

Sounds like this is a release worth getting.

This is the one to get. The London Calling CD came out last year so I suspect you would remember it. Other concerts on this 1970 tour with Dobson can be heard on Noisette (Cuneiform and excellent, with a jaw-dropping 12/8 Theme) and Breda Reactor (Voiceprint).

Listening to the available streaming tracks on bandcamp...wasn't expecting such a contrast in sonic quality on the first disc.
Please don't ask questions, just use google.

Never let good music get in the way of making a profit.

No, I don't have it - I do have it on my Apple Music library, though, as it's available there. I need to catalogue my SM collection as I have so many releases I sometimes forget which ones I have! I did recently buy a 'bootleg' on a label that appears to have a parent group located in Cyprus! (It's the early French recordings of the Ayers lineup.)

Amazon gave me an 'autorip' of the new release and it generally sounds far better than the London Calling version, although the quality does vary between the tracks.

It was not available a month ago. That album was only released in the last week or so which means all those preorders are now making their way into the world. Copies should begin to arrive to customers in the coming days/weeks. At least here, things that used to take X days for USPS to deliver now take 2-4 times as long.

Of course you are right, it was "preordered", and I was wrong - preordered it over 2 months ago.

Wayside/Cuneiform typically release their product to direct mail customers (i.e. Wayside customers) first, up to a few weeks ahead of the regular street date for all other vendors. Bull Moose lists the street date as 4/1.

No, not from Wayside. I believe at the time I was looking it up (Jan 17) it was not available from Wayside yet, even as a preorder.

I guess I am not a Wayside's "direct mail customer", even though, I receive newsletter. Or perhaps missed it there, as I have basically skipped over last few newsletters. Already had it preordered though and then the purchase is also indirectly supporting Wayside release, is it not?
Yeah, the date of the release was pushed back and got the notice / e-mail of the delay from them.

i'll probably add this one to my other posthumous Machine releases.

Yet another SM DVD will clinch it for me.
my music collection increased tenfolds when I switched from drug-addicts to complete nutcases.

Anyone else have trouble playing the DVD? On my PC it craps out at about 2:20 of Backwards and will only play the bootleg audio tracks from the rest of the DVD. I'll have to give it a try on the standalone BR/DVD machine when the home theater isn't being used.

edit: my DVD player won't even recognize the disc.

Yes, I have the same problem. For a minute there, I was afraid I wasn't even going to be able to get it out of the player, as it wouldn't eject the unrecognized disc.
