If they could run the officials up a pole the game wouldn't be so close.

Both teams have very good defenses. Hard to believe Mayfield is a backup QB.

As a 50+ year Vikings fan - I am thoroughly disgusted. Regardless of the outcome, this season is tainted by the stain of this god awful effort.
I don't have enough beer in the house to forget this.
There are only two to four games of importance in Casa MudShark each season: both Packers games, and anytime the Vikes play the Phish or Cowboys.

I don’t understand why the Bengals have to have a black and white uniform.

Thank the football gods that CBS switched their coverage in my market to the Bengals/Steelers game

Because marketing. I kinda like them. All teams will eventually have alternative unis. They already had throwbacks. What I hate are teams that never had any black in their color scheme now have the all-black alternative. Most of the time it looks like shit, especially if the team color includes green. I do however like the Cardinals black helmets with the red metallic flake. I just hope it doesn't get out of hand like the university of Oregon

Pats beat the Jets after a defensive struggle with ineffective QB's with a punt return for a TD. Guess the Pat's have a little of that magic over the Jets.

Holy crap the 49ers look like they shouldn't lose another game this year and that's with a game manager QB.

Cardinals paying homage to Mexico's bull fighters by making olé tackle attempts.

And JJ Watt... this guy has made a long career off his first 3 or 4 seasons but has been in witness protection with AZ after spending half his career in Houston on IR.

Didn't they try giving him away earlier this year. He could be another Trent Dilfer.

"This is embarrassing for the Arizona Cardinals," Aikman said. "At the end of this play, Antonio Hamilton doesn't come up after all the tackles he made last week and even try to make an attempt on George Kittle. They're a losing football team, and they're playing like one on that play."

I wouldn't trade Garoppolo for two Trent Dilfers but I see your point. More like a less annoying Joe Flacco.

I remember that comment. They were definitely making "business decisions" last night

I guess a more optimistic take would be that the Vikings were due to revert to the mean and catch some bad breaks, so to have it all happen in one game is probably a good thing

also worth mentioning they're like 4 games up in their division so I guess y'all can just take the next couple months off. but Aaron Rodgers promised us Green Bay would make the playoffs and he wouldn't lie to us...would he???

Vikes magic number to win Division is 3.
So yes, it is likely a home playoff game - but I never forget the 2003 season when they started 6-0 then went 3-7 down stretch to miss playoffs...

No matter how this game turns out, Dan Campbell has this team believing in themselves. This is the most scrappy Lions team I have seen in years. Unfortunately, they have still shot themselves in the foot a few times today.
