Yes. That and a great running back. Not only have the Seahawks declined on defense they've been a running game by committee with a stable of oft injured, unreliable backs.

Many teams are deploying this strategy. RB's have taken a hit in value over the last few years and with the rise of Deebo Samuels' running wide receiver position, different from pass catching RBs, I foresee the RB position changing dramatically from one star player in that role to a committee of runners, including TE's, FB's, RB's and WR's. Heck I guess OG's and OT's, ala The Fridge, could also be utilized.

That happened last year with the Ravens losing all three starting running backs to injuries. This year they have loaded up with running backs and tight ends. They may be one of the first teams to start three safeties.

The NFL is evolving to be more like today's NBA. Less position specific players and more multiple role players.
