    Beards! Shoe-gazing! Sweaters!

I'm looking forward to this one, too.

Had a bit of a thread about the band a while back that sank:

I ordered my copy last night along with some other goodies that Wolf People themselves recommended.
    Dungen: 4
    Dark: Round the Edges
Trees: Garden of Delawney (to be fair, the band rec'd On the Shore, but it was hard to find a reasonably priced copy of that album.)

Not sure if y'all can access the article without a Facebook account, but here is the link:

Can't go wrong with any Dungen albums. If you like "4" make sure to check out "Skit I Allt" next!

That fuzzy guitar solo gave me an acid flashback... and I never did acid!

Interesting; young guys in a time warp! I did like the vocal harmonies.

Yeah, I saw that one was highly rated. I swear I've heard Dungen before, but I guess not. Looking forward to it!

I'll check out some more of his stuff if I like Round the Edges.

I'm so glad this thread is garnering some more Wolf People fans. I think they're a fantastic band! With Diagonal and Syd Arthur, they all have this folky, acidy, jazzy retro vibe that is just awesome.

The Sony 2CD release of Trees On the Shore can be found (new) easily for a few bucks (ca. $10)

    Nice tour... one week!

Montreal on a Tuesday night. I'll have to think on that one. Love the new disc but hate middle of the week shows in bars across town!

Man, I think I'd have to go.

I guess you have to ask yourself this, Yves: Do you think this band will continue to release albums, tour and grow in popularity or are they doomed to fold?

I hope they continue for a very long time, but I wouldn't bet folding money on it.
