    Great news Mark!
One obvious question is what their plans are for the near future.
I would also like to know if percussionist Tim Irrgang is still involved as I thought he was a defining feature of the Unitopia sound.

    Great I will ask them.

I love Tim's contributions I specifically asked for him when we flew them in for Chicago / RoSfest he was not available at that time.

I have a couple of Unitopia albums filed away somewhere, I should dig them out and re-visit. That long tune "The Garden" was good, I think the ending had a bit of a Suppers Ready vibe. I also have a live DVD somewhere which they released some time ago - that was a good performance, I think.

Was it Unitopia that did a song with Jon Anderson about the water on the planet drying up or something like that. Remember that one? All I can remember is Anderson repeating "so dry, so dry" over and over again.

Not exactly. This was The Water from Mark Trueack's post Unitopia project United Progressive Fraternity on their first album.

That was UPF with Mark Trueack and Sean times had writing credits on that album as well so its sort of is a Unitopia album.

That is correct. And if anyone wants to ask UPF or Southern Empire questions those are definitely acceptable.

Someone was just asking if I knew what was up with the new Southern Empire album, so maybe you could ask Sean?

Just had this pop up in my Facebook feed.
Man, I love Mark's vocals, and Sean is a fantastic composer.
