Jennings solo album is similar to D'Virgilio's most recent LP. And they are both similar to Neal's singer/songwriter stuff.

I think we know where this is heading...

    Love it.
Music isn't about chops, or even about talent - it's about sound and the way that sound communicates to people. Mike Keneally

Great song! The album is auto-buy

I've listened to the whole song, and think it's pretty good. Features some great harmonizing between the three guys, and has a cool change near the end with a more uptempo outro. Nice to hear the guys getting away from "prog", and if the whole album is along these lines I may pick it up.

Nice vocal harmonies from some good singers and their different timbres sits well together! The change of key and rythm at 4.05 is a true goosebumps moment! Now, just team up with Moon Safari and conquer the world!

That's some good drums there toward the end. It's a shame they didn't include them in the video.

I'll enjoy a nice long bath in that warm, gooey syrup, please.

I'm really looking forward to this release, but I sort of agree. Harmonies are nice, though.

Wow. I've been enjoying Ross Jennings' new solo album since it came out. But, it wasn't until today that I realized he was "the other guy" in the new Nick and Neal band! Very cool.

I quite enjoyed it actually. Not proggy prog but I enjoyed the harmonies and the song.

Based on this new song, I really like..possible future buy.
I really like Nick's vocals, and of course his drumming.
And no Neal anywhere in sight..yay!

Who needs Portnoy when you can have D'Virgilio?! The guy is so good! I liked this a lot!
I love Morses vocals and arrangements, just have no use for his lyrical content...I'd listen to this completely before I ever bought it.

Let me put it this way, remember the Kevin Bacon connection game?
That comment is the Neal Morse version.
Neal is everywhere, and it seems he's in a band or collaborating with anyone or everyone who ever had a Kevin Bacon connection to him. (hope this makes sense).

Okay, I get it now. It flew right over my head, I’ll admit.

If they did that and it sounded anything like these guys i'd think about buying it.

I'm sorry, my bad. I had a brain fart and for some reason I was thinking Steve Morse I didn't pick up the typical Neal Morse larger than life vibe(although I love the new Transatlantic).
The harmonies on this are fantastic and this is more folky than I associate with Neal.
We've been fighting a case of the flu or the other thing here, even tho being vaccinated, my brain gets fuzzy by the afternoon.
    Thanks for your understanding.

I think I will retire to the old folks lunch room for the day, drinking decaf, eating sugar cookies that are sugarless, and discuss with my friends which body part hurts the most today. (just kidding, I live with my wife and dear cat sweetie, and do eat sugar cookies from time to time).
