If it ain't acousmatique-It's crap
I was curious about Big Ears and the potential for a superspreader event.
Interestingly enough, there was a small spike following the festival.
Nationally it has not bumped things.
Back when Sturgis happened during the summer of 2020 there was a noticible bump in national numbers as a result.
I guess things are trending downward.

I blame Wynton, what was the question?
There are only 10 types of people in the World, those who understand binary and those that don't.
I can't believe Big Ears website is nominated for a Webby Award. In a normal desktop browser, you couldn't even view the whole schedule...
Anyway, I'm still processing the Zorn material. I bought CDs for basically all his groups at Big Ears. Really been enjoying Chaos Magick (& The Ninth Circle). Been writing a lot of music as well - no doubt inspired by the festival.
Another good Big Ears Review despite there being barely a mention of Zorn

I agree on the Webby Award. Clearly its about aesthetics not usability.
