    1. The deal is that I believe that price-wise Europeans, etc will be better off waiting to see how it all shakes out in terms of European distribution and etc, although if Europeans, etc wish to preorder from us, in order to help us out or to make sure that they get it, they are very very welcome to do so.

    Any idea what this will look like as a digital release on bandcamp? I assume that that the DVD material isn't in that?

    The DVD material is not part of the digital set, since BandCamp don't work that way and there's no easy / practical way for us to sell digital video.
