Glad to hear you enjoyed it.

Using threads on PE for suggestions on what to listen to is a good idea! I need to do that more often myself.

Man, I love it. Been listening to it almost nonstop for the past week.

The tune with The Lemon Twigs sounds like something that could’ve been on Something/Anything. And the songs with Neil Finn, Adrian Belew, and Thomas Dolby are all really cool and different from each other. Actually, all the songs are different. Todd had been in a bit of a rut for the last few years, imo, and while I still really enjoyed the music he has been making since State, it’s refreshing to hear him in a collaborative setting this time. I think if you’re a fan you’ll find some stuff to enjoy here.

Have you heard his 2004 album Liars?

^ I’ve never listened to Liars even though everyone says it’s so good. I know, so why am I asking about this one?

Well, I do understand wanting to keep up with an artist's current releases. For me, Space Force gets two thumbs up.

But Liars -- that is my favorite Todd album overall. Not a weak track to be found there, IMO. Even on some of my favorite records of his (Like Hermit of Mink Hollow) there are often one or two songs (Bag Lady; Bread) that don't click for me. Liars I can listen to from start to finish though.
