Electric is Casa MudShark fave. Mrs Shark and I would put the disc on during long car rides and the toddler would relax and fall asleep before end of side 1...

Even now 15 yrs later - it kinda still makes him sleepy when it comes on shuffle....

I just rediscovered this and enjoyed it but was a little disappointed again because I remember thinking it was going to be a classic from a "super group". I could never figure out how a band with this much talent (playing, singing and writing) didn't produce a more memorable record. AFAIK this was the only one they made.

Bill Connors--Of Mist and Melting, ECM
    Pat Metheny--Bright Size Life
Vasks--Messages, new classical for me. Latvian-born Peteris Vasks (b. 1946) openly admits that he feel particularly close to the Polish school of composition and cites Lutoslawski, Penderecki and Gorecki as important influences along with other models such as Mahler, Sibelius and George Crumb.
