Not a great guitarist (especially now), but I did get to see Sixto Rodriguez (AKA Sugar Man) live, and he did play guitar.

Guthrie Govan is as good as anyone I've seen!

Some people might argue with the "greatness" of a couple of these, but...

Pete Townshend (including before Moonie died, and never without Entwhistle) - four times
Robert Fripp (only with KC) - five times
Steve Hackett - once with Genesis, three times solo
    Roye Albrighton - once, alas
    Dave Nelson - once
    Martin Barre - twice
Ronnie Montrose - once solo, once with Gamma, once with the Tubes
Todd Rundgren - four times (three with Utopia)
Adrian Belew - once with Bowie, once with KC
Terry Kath - three times, including what turned out to be the last show he ever played
Trevor Rabin - once (never have seen Steve Howe live for some reason)
    Alun Davies - once
    Davy Johnstone - once
    Tom Verlaine - once
    Jim "Kimo" West - once
    David Rhodes - three times
    Jerry Garcia - twice

That's about all I can think of off hand
