Sparks Brothers Movie

It was so great going to a movie theater last friday night, the first time in over 16 months. We went to see the new documentary film about the band Sparks. I had greatly anticipated this film since I like Edgar Wright movies and also love the band Sparks. It exceeded all expectations on every level, highly recommend it if you get the chance.

It's been a few days now and i still can't quit thinking about this movie. As far as i'm concerned this could go on the main board as these guys are the definition of art rock.

Excellent film--very well made and clearly a labor of love for Wright and all involved. I love music documentaries that are, on balance, music-centric and give some solid insight into the creative process for the artist. This film hits both of those nails right on the head.
