Just wanted to let you know about a new release I'm quite happy with, based on a rehearsal recording of my opening set for the Adrian Belew Power Trio in November 2014.
After 100+ live solo Chapman Stick performances over a period from 2008-2014, this was the best complete performance I was able to capture. In addition to more developed versions of pieces from my One Cloud album are some covers of Jethro Tull, Gentle Giant, and Ralph Vaughan Williams songs. It was co-produced and mastered by Stick veteran Greg Howard, who helped draw out the best aspects of the recording.
