The Jets are more than putting up a fight against Cincy.
How about them Lions........oh fuck.......never mind.......
Brady throws a pick 6. With a minute left I won't count Brady yet.
Brian Dennehy: "I'm now 80 and I'm just another actor and that's fine with me. I've had a hell of a ride," ... "I have a nice house. I haven't got a palace, a mansion, but a pretty nice, comfortable home. I've raised a bunch of kids and sent them all to school, and they're all doing well. All the people that are close to me are reasonably healthy and happy. Listen, that's as much as anybody can hope for in life."

I blame Wynton, what was the question?

This Giants Offense is painful to watch.
you all know I hate the Gnats, but that unsportsman call against Penny was BS. That broke the momentum for NJ and that is unacceptable
Why is it whenever someone mentions an artist that was clearly progressive (yet not the Symph weenie definition of Prog) do certain people feel compelled to snort "thats not Prog" like a whiny 5th grader?
To be kinda sorta fair, half of the Giants starting offense is injured. Not too bad considering...

^ I made that comment late in the 2nd quarter. Their "drive" was going in the wrong direction, and I was half expecting Jones to throw in the towel and quick punt it. He took a knee instead.
Overall though, I agree, all things considered they weren't terrible, and should have won that game. That offside penalty flipped the outcome. Not saying it was a bad call, just if he hadn't jumped...
Raiders WR Henry Ruggs charged with DUI after involvement in fatal auto accident. Given those circumstances, this could get worse for him. Much worse.
^ As a Browns fan, I know how ya feel.
Amen!
Although, Packers are my #1 team. I loved when the Pack would be in town when I had season tickets for the Rams through the 80s and into the 90s. It was a win/win for me. I witnessed Ron Brown run 2 kickoffs for touchdowns against the Packers.
Check the 1:07 mark. There's actually 2 plays shown from that Packers game.
Yessir! Attended tons of games in the Dickerson era. I was pissed off when he (arguably started the trend of) holding out for more money. During those games, Barry Redden was dominating in the backfield. Dickerson was wise to end things when he did. Amazing to witness him on that field. I was a young one back then and would wait after each game for autographs. Dickerson was a dick to everyone after the games. He would literally sprint from the stadium exit to his car an hour after the game had ended to avoid signing autographs. Most times he was so fast no one saw which exit he used or which car he was in. When he was stopped by fans, he would give every excuse in the book as to why he had no time to sign autographs. He had a few different cars and would rotate them each week. As I was walking into one game I noticed his Porsche in the area where players parked. We decided to wait by his car after the game ended. It was calendar day so he was featured with some kickass images. Sometime after the game, there he is running his ass off directly towards us. I acted like I was getting into a car in the next row. When he got to me I acted shocked and asked him to sign. It worked!
Fast forward 25 years... my sister works at a relatively small company with deep pockets of community investors/builders. Each year they have a charity shop-with-a-cop for about 200 youth that have fallen on hard times. It's a huge event held at 7am on a Saturday in December. Big tents at a shopping center parking lot with Santa arriving in helicopter or via fire truck. One family takes home a new car and fuel for a year. I am the DJ for the event each year, although I am not the MC; I just run Christmas music and give cues to the female MC. Before the kids shop, they are treated to speeches by athletes and sometimes celebrities. The owner of the company is good friends with many of these pros. Tommy Lasorda was there each year right up until the year before he passed away. James Worthy from the Lakers there multiple years. Rams' Marshall Faulk and, yes, Erick Dickerson. Dickerson has been there quite a few times. I am off to the side of the stage, so my DJ booth is the only place the celebs can hang out to watch the events or prior to them appearing on stage. I also hand them their mics or give them instructions for the wired mic. My Rams fandom came full circle when Dickerson sat with me and we chatted about old Rams days. He remembered being a dick to many fans and regrets it. He said that was also a reason why he does so much charity work. Each year we take a photo together and talk football. He's recounted some great times with Youngblood and Cark Ekern. It is odd that he knows me by name. Great times!
Cool share! Dickerson was one of my favorites. Never knew he was like that with fans when he played.
Just to tie in the Giants here...one of my worse playoff memories was in 1990 with the OT TD pass to Flipper Anderson where he kept running into into tunnel and disappeared
