It's OK if musically generic. Although the Joseph story is somewhat interesting, I prefer the story of Chester's thing on Ruth.

According to Neal's Facebook post, "The album however has everything a fan would look for: from long epics and odd time signatures, to very melodic and song-oriented tracks." So maybe there is more to whet the appetite of the prog fan.
I guess I haven't listened to enough Morse solo work to really be able to tell one thing from another.

Interesting that this is coming out through Frontiers instead of his own Radiant. Frontiers is THE label for "Melodic Rock" - I wonder if he gets any sort of direction from them.
It probably just helps take the manufacturing and distribution off Radiant's shoulders.
