For those of you interested in the music of The Pineapple Thief (aka Bruce Soord), the Kscope label has just released a four disc book-set of the live streams that Bruce performed from his attic studio last year.

Over four hours and thirty songs performed in a stripped down format, with only acoustic and electric guitars and a looper for delay effects.

I sat down with the set last night, only planning on listening to the first disc, but I ended up enjoying the whole set across the entire evening.

I've heard the first disc so far and it reminds me of the earlier days of the band (just pre-kscope and then Tightly Unwound time) in small pubs with Bruce playing mini-acoustic sets to fill out some of the time.
