Oiapok - first album "OisoLün" crowdfunding: ON!

Hey everyone,

after one year and a half of writing, musician casting and universe building, we are ready to reach our crowdfunding.
After one day and a half, we allready reach 50% of the first level (cd+ goodies). It's an incredible surprise for us.There has been several PE backers! Thanks to them!

Ordered the CD, did not understand what happens with a Vinyl release?

Also, just out of curiosity, why did the band name change?
It still sounds very Camembert-ish, and there was already previously a personnel change in Camembert yet the name stayed then, why not now?

The music of Camembert evolved a lot when we were producing Negative Toe. It became less sci-fi, less humor, less monthy python and much more driven by true stories. We decided to change to OIAPOK in order to assume 100%ly this mutation.

One year after that change i feel pretty confident that this was the best move. Of course there are many similitude between camembert and oiapok, because oiapok was born in camembert. You will see with this album that we are heading in a different direction without forgetting our roots.

Conclusion: Thanks for subscribing @flytomars!

Vinyl: we will be able to produce a lp if we reach 8000 euros. If we can do it, we will propose it at the lowest price possible to our contributors who put a contribution >=25 euros!

Hello guys we reached 93% today. Great news!

We did a small video to celebrate that achievement! If you loved Camembert's Negative Toe, you will definitely adore OIAPOK's first album!
If we reach 140% we can do a beautiful turquoise vinyl!

Hi. I like what I hear, but will it be available as a digital download from bandcamp? I'm afraid I'm not really able to afford CDs and Lps with the amount of music that I buy in a year.
