    Any Word On ProgDay 2022?

I would think that if it was going to be a "go," we'd have heard something by now, as we're into April and I'd guess people might need to make plans. I wouldn't mind making my first ProgDay this year. Anyone hear any rumors or have any educated guesses?

I heard or read recently that someone asked Michael Bennett, who said "Maybe..." I think the issue still hinges on striking a deal with the new owners of the Farm. I really hope they work it out, because I'd hate to think we'd attended our last ProgDay without even being aware of it Also, it'd be really cool if you went! I suppose if they can't work something out at the Farm, they could consider other, possibly indoor venues, but that would definitely not be the same, and also probably wouldn't happen this Fall. But of course, none of this is official, just the one thing I heard, and my assumptions. Hopefully Michael will see this thread and offer an update of some sort. I have no doubt that if something's possible, he's on it.

I sure hope it's a go. I've been couped up too long. Got to get out and hear some good music and enjoy good camaraderie.

Looking forward to my day in court.

I'm not directly associated with the fest and have no specific info. That said, I would be very surprised if it didn't happen this year.
If you're actually reading this then chances are you already have my last album but if NOT and you're curious:

The question has been with me in recent days. And I have been beaten to the draw (type). I also hope it happens.

Given the normal timing of ProgDay announcements and the unusual circumstances at the moment globally and specific to the location I'd be surprised if we heard anything 'soon'. I'm still very hopeful of it happening and I plan to be there.

I blame Wynton, what was the question?

On the Progday page posts were made:

Just talked to Michael Bennett today at length. We will see......

    At least ProgDay, somewhere

so still no word on this year?

    Not yet

    Why question the Storybook normal?

Because there is always a chance it could be somewhere else.

Chances which mean something to me are based on real data. Do you have real data which suggests it could be somewhere else, other than the hurricane compromise.

    Yes

I, for one, am going to wait till all the bands are announced before I make my decision. JK.

Yeah, I know you'll be setting your camera up in front of me. Or more accurately, I'll be setting up my sun shelter behind you and your camera!

Hopefully you'll be there, but if not, I go to my usual plan B, which is to buy a new one from Walmart!

Are they using the event code or did you just "get a room".

Me too. Damn COVID, I lost all my Choice Hotel reward points! If people are getting loan forgiveness, I should get those back.
