RIP Mira Furlan (Babylon 5, Lost)

Very sad, I could really go for a B5 Marathon after reading this.

B5 is still my all-time favourite series, and still stands up well.

After a hiatus for a few years, we sat down and watched the entire run a few months ago, savouring one episode per evening, and falling in love with the show all over again.

The characters, the moral conflicts, the soundtrack and the scope and vision of the series - so much to enjoy.

The final scenes where Sheridan and Delenn bid farewell to each other were so heart-breaking that we were in floods of tears as the credits rolled. Today's news just feels even more poignant.

RIP to a fine actress. I'll have to watch some favorite episodes soon.

I knew her from "Lost". She was great in that role.

Sad, sad, sad. The B5 cast seems to be cursed with so many dead already...

B5 was such a great show and it’s so sad to see so much of the cast has passed away, often way before one would expect.

    RIP dear Delenn.
B5 is also my favorite all time show. I've only just got the wife through the shadow war a few months ago before we paused the series. Time to pick it up again.
So many of the actors died so quickly after the show. Really uncommon. I don't think it's a curse anymore at this point. It was over 20 years ago now. But it still doesn't hurt any less.
In any case, she was only 65. That's a real tragedy.
