    Star Wars Andor, Disney Plus

    Anyone watching this?

It was a slow start, but by god once it hit its stride it did so with a vengance.

It's a story about Cassian Andor from Rogue One, and the events leading up to the movie. The formation of the Empire is key to this series, and for me it's refreshing because its mostly original characters, apart from Cassian and Mon Mothma.

They don't throw in crowd pleasing cameos, there are few references to the movies etc. It's a standalone, and it is its own thing.

Many may decry the notion of not making it feel like SW, with no lightsabre fights, space battles etc. But I love it for that.

There are some episodes that have some standout action sequences though.

But the acting is phenomenal. Stellan Skarsgaard is phenomenal, but Andy Serkis truly knocks it out of the park, especially in last night's episode 10

I highly recommend this. Different from Mandalorian, Boba Fett etc, but so far the best SW TV for me, despite it having few links and references to the movies.
I only clicked on it because I thought it was going to be something more interesting...

I quite like it. I think like The Mandolarian more, but this is a very well done show with very good writing and some great acting.
Please don't ask questions, just use google.

Never let good music get in the way of making a profit.
