Fair point. I've edited the original instructions

I'd seen this done on a french-speaking rock forum.

now that we (in PE) have it down pat well before PA, I'll try to coax Max in doing so over there.

Geizus, don't give him any ideas, just in case he's lurking around under a different name.

Let me try this new contraption, see if it works. A great fusion album I discovered a while ago:

So this only works from a PC / laptop perspective?

No, it does work on mobile devices. It does not work when you use the tapa-talk app.

What if the bandcamp site does not show the "share" link under the picture?
    Case in point:
    https://rainprogband.bandcamp.com/album/singularity

Found even what I think is the album ID ("album id 2560493122" through right clicking the image and command "inspect") and tried to embed it (just the number) but it would not work here. Either it was wrong ID or perhaps sharing of it is restricted?

I'm sure someone will correct me - or -agree - but as I understand it, not all Bandcamp artists agree to allow their music be streamed. This album (Singularity by RAIN) is only available from Bandcamp as a CD.

    Duncan

Yes, I believe you are right. Should have noticed that they do not offer songs to listen there and instead direct people to You Tube. Anyway, good to know of such instances ... and to think I was so proud of my method for finding the album ID and you have not even noticed, bummer

on the french site that I've pointed to you when starting this BC embedment business, I sometimes notice that it doesn't always work properly either, whether there are tracks on offer for listen or not, this despite a embed/sharing function under the artwork. When not working, it simply shows the address link and nothing else.

How were you able to limit the number of tracks posted? On Bandcamp there are eleven. Or did you record and add seven new tracks since then?

What if I want to embed a single? There’s no album number, just a track number. Thx.

Can be done, but iot's more complicated.

    Eg : This album:

    https://stevekatsikas.bandcamp.com/t...or-longer-days

    I took one track:

First - click on the track you want to play.

Then follow the usual steps (i.e. click Share/Embed" etc.)

Now- insert the HTML code from the beginning of the album number, through to the end of the track number.

In this example - instead of just
    1621278328
    insert
    1621278328/size=large/bgcol=ffffff/linkcol=0687f5/tracklist=false/track=1635621077
    Regards,

    Duncan

I guess I wasn't clear, but the release is only one track, so there's no album number. There's just one track number.

    Here's what I've got:

    <iframe style="border: 0; width: 350px; height: 442px;" src="https://bandcamp.com/EmbeddedPlayer/track=2439609805/size=large/bgcol=ffffff/linkcol=0687f5/tracklist=false/transparent=true/" seamless><a href="https://aislinnlogan.bandcamp.com/track/never-stay-low">Never Stay Low by Aislinn Logan</a></iframe>

Can you send me the URL for that album / track?
    Regards,

    Duncan
