    Bob McNeice - 2020 Suite

    Hello everyone,

Iím happy to announce the release of my first album ď2020 SuiteĒ. As you can tell by the name it is a compilation of songs written about the events of this past year. I know, I know, the year isnít over yet, but I anticipate there will be a plethora of albums with a similar theme so Iím getting a jump on them.

The album is available for streaming or digital download on Bandcamp. It is available in both 16 bit and 24 bit HD audio quality.

It is an instrumental work that spans several genreís from rock, to ambient electronic, to mellow rock to classical and several things in between, so if you listen to one track and donít care for it just play the next one and you will hear something in a different vein.

I'll check out some more tracks the next couple of days Bob M.
As I wrote in the Soundcloud share thread, I listened to New Year and Lockdown Pt1.
Very well done, and a work you can be proud of from what I have heard.
Lockdown would be easy to get low on, but you kept it light.
New Year has a nice repeating line through the song without being annoying and I found myself hearing it in my head as I left the page.

I applaud you for using your creative talent to take what most of us consider a negative time and creating something positive..MUSIC!!
Congrats on completing your goal and for sharing.

That's all I can ask for. I tried to keep the melodies memorable, even if there was complexity behind them it was important to me to make them seem like you've heard them before. If something sticks in your head then I think I've achieved my goal. And yes, most of the songs are upbeat even though the overall theme may be down, because that's how we are all getting through this.

Thanks for your feedback and I look forward to your opinion of some other tracks. I would like to focus more on a particular style in the future and knowing what people like is important to achieving that.

I want to thank everyone who gave this a listen and especially thank those who purchased it on Bandcamp. I hope you are enjoying listening to it as much as I enjoyed making it.
