The Iridium in Manhattan might be one of the venues for the tour, since Kasim's played there a lot, recently (well, twice that I know of). This sounds interesting.

I have a ticket for this event, over the Bay Bridge in SF. Should be interesting. I saw Pevar with Jazz Is Dead at the Sausalito Art Festival and was really missing Jimmy Herring.

Is this Kasim Sulton's main project? I thought he had a great idea touring with Utopia songs he was featured on. This sounds like a step back, artistically. I guess a man's gotta' eat.
