IMHO the earlier 2cd Lake anthology had a better tracklist. The King Crimson selections were certainly superior, and it had his great guest vocal on Pete Sinfield's 'Still'. It also had what would have been rarities at the time.

Also, the only track from Love Beach is "For You", which is a slight to that release. Should have included "Taste Of My Love" at thee least.

Weird tracklist, looks like it's at least 2/3 ballads. The solo albums (and of course ELP) had lots of big rock moments.

Greg was a balladeer, I don't see a valid reason to include ELP keyboard driven tracks where Keith shined, it would not make sense to this being a Greg Lake Anthology.

I agree the earlier Lake Anthology has a better selection of tracks. This one has his latest solo recordings that would make the difference.

^True but those are only remakes of old songs anyway.

The only thing of note here compared to the earlier one is that this includes singles by his pre-King Crimson bands. But there was another 'rarities' anthology which had those.
